Services, Sensors of Immigrants’ Integration

SSII (Services, Sensors of Immigrants’ Integration - Services, Senseurs de l’Intégration des Immigres)is part of a wider European project called Demochange, funded by the Alpine Space Programme and aimed at designing adaptation strategies to the demographic changes and challenges (aging, in and out migration, commuting, tourism, etc). These strategies are formulated through pilot actions developed by the thirteen partners from Austria, Germany, Italy, Slovenia and Switzerland. Economic and Social Observatory of the Valle d’Aosta Region, partner of Demochange, is carrying out in cooperation with FIERI a pilot-action consisting in the creation of a monitoring system of immigrants integration based on the information provided by welfare services.
Report monitoring projects of immigrants integration
In order to learn from other experiences, we kindly ask to local authorities, welfare services and no-profit organisations which have developed monitoring systems of immigrants inclusion, even if referred to specific dimensions of integration (health, education, labour, socio-demographic dynamics, etc.), to report these experiences filling the following form. The most significant local initiatives will be included in the research and advertised as good practices on the Valle d’Aosta and FIERI’s websites.
